There's no shame in being a pointy haired boss. It's just those silly people reading this crap Dilbert comic that think management is incompetent. We got to management because we were smart enough to make other peons do our work for us. Incompetence is not a limitation. It's a sign that we need to shift the work to another sucker and take credit for the work. That's how capitalism is supposed to work.
